I'll be leaving for Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic November 8th-14th, 2008 to play baseball. I'll be playing for U.S.A Select Baseball at the Dominican Baseball Classic.
My week will include a daily camp conducted by some of the top Coaches in the Dominican Pro League along side College Coaches and Pro Scouts from the USA. After my daily workouts, I'll play in at least 5 games against some of the top Dominican Programs in the country. All this will be played at "Baseball City", the Major League Baseball Training facility, located minutes from the Hamaca Resort and Spa where I'll be staying. When I'm not playing, I'll be going to to Pro or Rookie league games and experience baseball in the Caribbean. Two of my days will be spent offering goodwill and working out at local facilities with local programs. This wiil be an amazing cultural experience. I've put in many hours of practice to earn this opportunity. I'll post updates as they occur.
