	Would like to know how it can be good for say a 9 year old move up to an Intermediate and immediately get thrown in with 12 y/o intermediates and experts? Those kids are bigger and stronger than 9 year olds to begin with! Add that to the fact that they have raced years more! What is that going to do to an impressionable 9 y/o's psyche?

	Hi everyone! Can anyone help my Aunt? Only costs 50 cents. She has entered a 5K run in Atlanta to benefit children and senior citizens. She is about $34 short of her goal. If a bunch of you donate 50 cents each, she'll reach her goal quick. Some people from MySpace have done it, hope my loop'd and ABA friends will help too.
